Sellers must describe items honestly and in good faith. Claims about brand, age, origin, condition, authenticity, ownership, original packaging, included parts, and product history must be based on visible labels, manufacturer markings, receipts, purchase records, provenance, or the seller’s reasonable personal knowledge.
Items represented as authentic, genuine, limited edition, collectible, vintage, or branded should be listed only when the seller has a reasonable basis for making those claims. MÓNETA World does not independently authenticate every item unless a listing expressly states otherwise.
Sellers may not knowingly list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or materially misrepresented goods. MÓNETA World may remove a listing, request additional proof, suspend access, or terminate an account when information appears misleading, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
Buyers should review all photographs, descriptions, model information, measurements, and seller disclosures before purchasing or making an offer. When in doubt, sellers should disclose rather than assume.
