Our Role
- Document Runner / Courier: We submit, pick up, or retrieve records from the County Clerk and other offices on your behalf.
- Accessibility Support: We provide large-print materials, screen‑reader PDFs, Spanish language options, caregiver authorization workflows, and remote coordination.
- Information & Checklists: We share plain‑language guides to help you understand filing steps and typical requirements.
Not Legal Advice
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
- We do not select business entities, draft legal strategies, or interpret laws for your situation.
- If you need legal advice, we will refer you to an attorney or legal aid resource.
Signatures & Notarization
- Clients are responsible for completing and signing their forms. Many filings require notarization.
- We can coordinate Remote Online Notary (RON) or in‑person notary options (third‑party providers).
- We carry a simple authorization letter so we can submit and pick up documents as your agent.
Privacy & Data Handling
- We request only the minimum information required to complete your filing or retrieval.
- We use secure transmission methods for sensitive files whenever possible and never sell your data.
- We provide a file‑stamped receipt or tracking documentation after each submission.
Payments & Fees
- Our service fee is separate from any government or recording fees charged by the office.
- Rush or same‑day service may incur an additional fee if available.
Limits
- We cannot guarantee an office’s processing time or acceptance; clerks may reject documents that do not meet requirements.
- We cannot certify or apostille documents ourselves, but we can submit requests to the proper office.
